Four foreign citizens were arrested for dealing in counterfeit Arab perfumes, which were also transported without any documentation from the Buenos Aires neighborhood of Villa Soldati to the province of Jujuy. According to the official report accessed by the Argentine News Agency, it is about three Peruvian migrants, aged 31, 34, and 45, and a 35-year-old Chinese man who were apprehended by the Buenos Aires Police while traveling in a Toyota utility vehicle with 1,968 perfume flacons, detected by the Division of Misdemeanors and Offenses. The incident occurred in the aforementioned neighborhood of Buenos Aires, at the intersection of Pergamino and Ferré streets, where, upon seeing the vehicle, the officers investigated and noticed the merchandise boxes. Meanwhile, the men stated the destination of the merchandise. Therefore, the officers ordered the seizure of all the merchandise, the arrest of the vehicle's occupants, and the notification of the prohibition of leaving the country, within the framework of a case for violation of Law 22.415 on Smuggling. The National Economic Criminal Court No. 3 intervened.
